A: If you are ready to get started, contact me so we can schedule a meeting to talk about your project. If your business is outside Trinidad and Tobago, we can schedule a phone or video meeting at your convenience.
Once we’ve agreed on the scope and deadline, I’ll evaluate the project and send you a quote for the assignment.
Next, you’ll give me the go-ahead to get started along with a 50% deposit. You’ll send me any background information and the names and contact of anyone I may need to speak with in your company.
I’ll then analyze the background information and write the assignment for you. You will receive your copy on or before the deadline date.
You’ll return any edits or comments to me, and within 2-3 business days, I’ll return the revised copy.
We’ll sign off on the final copy and I’ll invoice you for the remaining 50% of the fee.
A: That depends on the project.
When you call me for a quote we will discuss your project and I will quote you a flat fee based on the scope. All revisions are included in the flat fee so there are no surprises or cost overruns.

A: Absolutely!
While my specialty is writing industrial copy for energy industry companies, I have worked successfully with B2B clients from other industries.
Contact me to discuss your project and see if we are a good fit.
A: Let me know what specific changes you require and I will make them. Revisions are included in the flat fee, as long as they do not change the scope of the assignment and you request them within 30 days of my submission.
I want to ensure that you are delighted when you receive the final copy. If not, I will change it until you are – at no cost to you.
A: I know your industry and your target audience.
Most agency and freelance copywriters do not have a technical background. I do. While other writers may take longer to fully understand your products and services, I will quickly learn their features without hand-holding from your subject matter experts.
I can clearly present technical information while stressing business benefits that are important to executives and buyers alike. That helps remove buying objections, leading to more sales.
A: You will save time and money.
If you already have a marketing communications department with writers who handle your promotional material, you can hire me to offset any fluctuations in their workload. Instead of hiring more full-time staff, call me to take care of your team’s overflow.
On the other hand, if your sales staff or engineers currently handle your writing projects, you will get better results, and return on your investment, by hiring a professional. I’ll get it done faster and your engineers can get back to doing the “real work” of engineering.
